Downtown San Antonio will soon get 20 stories of luxury hotel and condominium space with DC Partners and Universal Service Group’s plans for a 337,000-square-foot mixed-use development along the River Walk.
It has been nearly a year since the development partnership went before the city’s Historic Design and Review Commission for preliminary approval. Now, the partnership is moving toward its Spring 2017 groundbreaking for the Thompson Hotel-flagged project, which will include 167 hotel room and 66 luxury condominiums and is being marketed as The Arts Residences.
