HOUSTON – Transwestern’s Houston headquarters today announces Arabella has been named the “Deal of the Year” in the residential real estate category by the Houston Business Journal. There were seven finalists in the category, selected based on deal size, competitive landscape and economic impact on the Houston area.
Transwestern Managing Directors Jan Sparks and Michael Snodgrass arranged the construction financing on behalf of developer Randall Davis of D.C. Partners. Arabella is a luxury condominium tower to be developed on the southeast corner of San Felipe Road and Westcreek Lane. The 33-story property, which will have a total of 99 residences, is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2017.
