Houston-based DC Partners held a groundbreaking ceremony Jan. 28 for 4411 San Felipe, which is expected to be complete in the fourth quarter of 2021, according to a press release.
The groundbreaking comes just over a month after Miami-based commercial real estate lender 3650 REIT announced it originated a $31 million loan for 4411 San Felipe. The 95,000-square-foot mixed-use project will consist of ground-floor retail and three levels of office space above three levels of parking. It’s being built on part of the site of the former Westcreek apartment complex, just like the Arabella high-rise condominium building DC Partners developed with Houston-based Randall Davis Co.
