Prior to joining DC Partners, Logan was on the Acquisitions team at Kushner Companies in NYC where he was responsible for underwriting new investments across the capital stack. This included a $9B bid on the Signature Bank NYC rent controlled/rent stabilized loan portfolio.
Logan has also shared time at Related Companies, Onni Group, and EY where he was involved in various capacities including acquisition, mixed-use development, along with strategy & transactions.
